In 1978 he graduated from the Kiev State Art Institute, where he studied with A.M. Lopukhov. The husband of the artist Zakharova Lyudmila Nikolaevna. Participant of city, republican, all-union and foreign art exhibitions. Mazur V.F. works in the field of easel painting. Master of thematic paintings and landscapes. Member of the Union of Artists of the Ukrainian SSR since 1987. The artist's works are presented in museum, gallery and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
