About the artists: Spornikov Boris Aleksandrovich (1930-2005) - Ukrainian painter. Born in Kiev. Graduated from the Kyiv Art Institute (1957). Teachers by specialty - K. Trokhimenko, L. Chichkan, V. Kostetsky. After graduation, he taught painting at the Dnepropetrovsk Art School. Moves to Omsk, where he becomes a member and heads the regional Union of Artists (1958). Participated in exhibitions: republican (since 1958), all-Union (since 1962). Member of the National Union of Artists (1962). Works in the field of easel painting. Lived and worked in Kyiv (since 1969).
