About the artist: Born in 1928 (1937?), In the village of Smolin, Chernihiv region. Studied: Dnepropetrovsk Art College (1953-1958, graduated with honors); Kiev Art Institute (1962-1964, specializing in drawing and drawing). Teachers in the specialty: V. Kasiyana, G. Chernyavsky, B. Spornikov, K. Trohimenko, V. Kostetsky. Painter, landscape painter. For political reasons, was not admitted to the Union of Artists of the USSR. He taught drawing and drawing techniques at the Odessa Pedagogical Institute named after Ushinsky (1962-1964). He worked in Chernihiv art and production workshops since 1964. Participated in regional art exhibitions since 1970. Personal exhibition: 1972, in the art department of the Chernihiv Historical Museum. The works are stored in the Chernihiv Art Museum. He lived and worked in Chernigov since 1964. He died in 2002.
