About the artist: Ukrainian painter. Khlebenko Gleb Nikolaevich was born in 1925. He graduated from the Kiev Art Institute. He worked in the art workshops of the Kiev Regional Association of Artists “Ukoophudozhnika”, later transformed into the Kiev branch of the workshops of the Art Fund of the Union of Artists of the USSR. Since 1953, the artist's works have been regularly exhibited at national, all-Union and foreign art exhibitions. In 1954 he took part in an exhibition dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the reunification of Ukraine with Russia, which was held in Kiev. The author of thematic paintings, landscapes and still lifes. Artworks Khromenko G.N. stored in museums, galleries and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
