About the artist: Evgeny Vechtomov was born in 1964 in Siberia. In 1988 he graduated from the Novoaltaisk Art School, directors: Alekimova T.S., Bosko B.G. In 1998 he graduated from the Repin Academic Institute, workshop of professors Yu.M. Neprintsev. and Eremeeva O.A. He rarely participated in Russian exhibitions.
