About the artist: Born on November 25, 1918 in the village of Krasny Yar (now Odessa region). He graduated from the Perm Art College (1939), studied at the Kiev Art Institute (1941). Teachers by specialty - F. Mikheev, E. Shuisky. He worked in the industry of easel painting. Major works: “The Sea” (1957); "Kiev. Where the Goat Swamp Was ”,“ The River Tisza ”(1963); “Kiev is under construction” (1967); "Kiev. April ”and others. Participated in exhibitions: republican since 1949, all-union since 1961, personal - Kiev, 1946. He was awarded a medal. He died in 1989.
