"Cocoon" by Alexander Strashevich is an abstract depiction that seems to explore themes of transformation, protection, and emergence. The textured, cracked surface of the central form resembles a fragile shell or organic structure, suggestive of a cocoon in its final stages before metamorphosis. The surrounding colors and shapes, including fluid lines in the background, evoke a sense of energy and motion, hinting at the life contained within that is preparing to break free. Through this work, Strashevich may be expressing the delicate balance between vulnerability and strength, and the transformative journey that leads to new beginnings.
