About the artist: Smirnov Evgeny Vladimirovich was born on June 16, 1959 in Almaty. Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region, Russia.
1970-1975 studied at the children's art school.
From 1975 to 1979 studied at the painting faculty of the Saratov Art College named after. Bogolyubov, where his teacher was V. Bilonovich. After graduation, Evgeny Smirnov moved to Moscow. Sevastopol.
Since 1979 - participants of city, regional, republican and international exhibitions.
Since 1984 he has been working in the art fund of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
In 1993 he joined the National Union of Artists of Ukraine.
In 2005, Evgeny Vladimirovich Smirnov was awarded the title. - Honored Artist of Ukraine.
The artist's works are in the Sevastopol Art Museum. M.P. Kroshitsky and in other museum and private collections in Ukraine, Russia, Germany and other countries.
