About the artist: Ukrainian artist and filmmaker. Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR.
Viktor Vasilyevich Migulko was born on December 11, 1924 in the village of Gubnik (now Trostyanetsiy district of Vinnitsa region).
In 1926, the family moved to Odessa, where the future artist graduated from the 101st school.
Member of the Great Patriotic War.
In 1947 he graduated with honors from the painting department of the Odessa Art School named after M.B. Grekov. Teachers: Bukovetskiy E.I., Muchnik L.E., Krainev D.K., Shelyuto N.A.
Since 1946 - a participant in republican, all-union and foreign art exhibitions.
Viktor Migulko continued his studies in Moscow and in 1953 graduated from the art department of the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography (VGIK). Thesis: "Ivan Franko".
After graduation, he worked at the Dovzhenko Kiev Film Studio.

In 1978 he received the honorary title "Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR".
In 2007, a posthumous exhibition of the artist took place in the Odessa House of Scientists.
The works of Viktor Vasilyevich Migulko are presented in museum, gallery and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
