About the artist: Smirnov Evgeny Vladimirovich was born on June 16, 1959 in Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region, Russia. 1970-1975 studied at the children's art school. 1975 to 1979 studied at the painting faculty of the Saratov Art College named after. Bogolyubov, where his teacher was V. Bilonovich. After completing his studies, Evgeny Smirnov moved to Sevastopol. Since 1979 - participant of city, regional, republican and international exhibitions. Since 1984 he has been working in the art fund of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. In 1993 he joined the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. In 2005, Evgeny Vladimirovich Smirnov was awarded the title. - Honored Artist of Ukraine.
