About the artist: In 1968 he graduated from the Kyiv State Art Institute, architect.
From 1969 to 1975 he was the architect of the Podilskyi district of Kyiv.
From 1975 to 1983 he worked as a designer and head of the design department of the children's literature publishing house "Rainbow".
From 1987 to 1992 he held the position of Executive Secretary of the Kyiv organization of the Union of Artists of Ukraine.
1996-2001 - Deputy Chairman of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. Since 1997 - Academic Secretary of the Department of Fine Arts of the Academy of Arts of Ukraine.
