About the artist: Born on February 22 (15), 1914 in Yuzovka (now Donetsk). Graduated from: "Kiev Art Institute" (1931-1940). Teachers by profession - F. Krichevsky, K. Trohimenko, I. Padalka, I. Shtilman, M. Boychuk, A. Taran. Painter and sculptor, best known as a graphic artist. He worked in the field of posters, easel and monumental painting. Member of the Great Patriotic War. Has military and state awards. Participated in exhibitions: republican (since 1945), "All-Union Art Exhibition". Moscow (1949). Major works: "Tank attack in the village of Lysyanka" (1947), "Korsun-Shevchenkovsky encirclement" (1947-1948), "On vacation" (1948), "Reunification of the Ukrainian people in a single Ukrainian Soviet state" (1949), " Having invested experience and science in business, let us give Dnipro a brotherly hand! " (1951), "At the Direct Wire" (1950-1952), "Parkhomenko" (1958), "Ukrainian Delegation at the XXI Congress of the CPSU" (1960), "T.G.
