About the artist: Born June 10, 1913 in the city of Serdobsk, now the Penza region. Graduated from: “Penza Art School named after K. A. Savitsky "(1935-1938); "Kiev Art Institute" (1938-1941), (1944-1947). Teachers by profession - I. Goryushki-Sorokapudov, O. Shovkunenko, F. Krichevsky, M. Sharonov, K. Left. Painter. He worked in the field of easel painting. Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine (1947). Taught: “Penza Art School named after K. A. Savitsky "(1941-1944); “Kiev Institute of Decorative and Applied Art and Design named after M. Boychuk "and" Kiev Secondary School of Arts "(1947-1953); "Kiev Art Institute" (1953). Participated in republican exhibitions since 1947. Major works: "Happiness" (1947), "Tapestry is ready" (1949), "Ukrainian ceramics" (1962), "Katya Petrichenko - a student of the Kiev Industrial College" (1964), the text of the book "Plastic Human Anatomy" (1965) and others. Lived and worked in the city of Kiev, died on February 5, 1976.
