About the artists: Smolsky Grigory Stepanovich (1893-1985) - Ukrainian painter. Studied at the Free Academy of Fine Arts in Lvov (1921-1922); School of A. Novakovsky in Lvov (1923-1930); Free Academy Cola rossi in Paris (1934-1935). Teachers from the profession A. Novakovsky, I. Kurtlas, V. Peshchansky. He takes part in numerous exhibitions: republican (since 1927), foreign (since 1924). Personal exhibitions in Lvov (1957, 1958, 1962, 1969) and Kyiv (1967).
