About the artist: Was born on April 7, 1949 in the city of Vinnitsa. Son of M. Belsky, brother of A. Belsky. Graduated from the Kiev State Art Institute (1973). Teachers by profession - V. Zabashta, T. Golembievskaya, V. Shatalin. Painter. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1977). He worked in the Kiev Creative and Production Society "Artist". Participated in art exhibitions since 1973. Major works: "On the Mamayev Kurgan" (1975), "Flood. Willows "," Bridge builders "," Evening landscape "(1976)," In the service of the border "(1977)," Friends "," Beginning "(1978)," In the quarry "(1979)," Unnamed Heights "(1982) ... Works are exhibited in Great Britain, Spain, Portugal, USA. The works are kept in the National Art Museum of Ukraine.
