ABOUT THE ARTIST: Kuts Valentin Pavlovich (born 1939) is a Ukrainian painter. Graduated from the Kharkiv Art School (1962) and the Moscow Art and Industrial School (1966). Teachers from the specialty were I. Danilova, Y. Volkov, D. Togin, S. Godima. Works in the Sumy Art and Production Complex (1962-1976). Member of the NSCU (since 1976). Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR (since 1990). Lives and works in Germany, in Gettingen (since 2000).
