About the artist: Born November 26, 1926 in Odessa. He graduated from the Odessa Art College (1947) and the I. Yu. Repin Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture of the USSR Academy of Arts (1953). Member of the CPSU. He worked in the industry of easel painting. Major works: “By the ways of Ukraine” (1960); Kolkhoz Highway (1961); “Soldiers”, “Kobzar” (1964); "Cosmos - Earth" (1964 - 1965) and others. Participated in exhibitions: republican from 1960, all-Union since 1953.
