About the artist: Was born in 1913 in the city of Irpen, Kiev region. Graduated from the Kiev Art School and the House of Folk Art in Moscow. Author of landscapes, still lifes and genre scenes. He taught at the Dnepropetrovsk Art School. Pupil: Vasily Alexandrovich Popel. Member of the Society of Kiev Artists. The works are kept in the Khmelnytsky Regional Art Museum, other museums of Ukraine and private collections. He died in 1995.
