"Playing with Shapes" by Alexander Strashevich is a vibrant, abstract composition that brings together a range of curved forms in pastel hues of purple, pink, yellow, and white. The shapes appear layered and intertwined, some with striped patterns, creating a sense of depth and rhythm. The painting combines soft color gradients with bold lines, adding movement and fluidity to the static forms.
In this work, Strashevich seems to be exploring the dynamics of form and space, evoking a playful yet harmonious interaction among the shapes. The title suggests a lighthearted approach, where each form is part of a larger, abstract "game." The work invites the viewer to engage with the simplicity and elegance of geometric and organic shapes, emphasizing the beauty of abstraction and the freedom to interpret and imagine.
