About the artist: Ukrainian painter. Landscape painter.
Konovalov Yuri Alexandrovich was born on June 16, 1927 in Yaroslavl.
From 1942 to 1947 he studied at the Yaroslavl Art School.
In 1954 he graduated from the Kiev State Art Institute, where he studied with K. Trokhimenko.
Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1959.
Since 1955 he has participated in art exhibitions.
Works are in the collections of the Odessa Art Gallery, the National Art Museum of Ukraine, private collections both in Ukraine and abroad.
