About the artist: Born on July 13, 1925 in the village of Kapkany (now Kerch microdistrict) of the Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
Before the war, he attended the workshop of K.F. Bogaevsky.
He took part in the Great Patriotic War - he was a liaison in a partisan detachment.
Since 1945, he worked in an art studio at the Feodosia Art Gallery. I.K. Aivazovsky at N.S. Barsamova. Since 1948 he took part in exhibitions, including since 1952 - in republican, since 1953 - in all-Union, as well as foreign (Hungary, Yugoslavia, Finland, Albania, France, USA, Japan, Spain, Canada, Italy). In 1963, his first personal exhibition took place in Kiev.
Since 1953, Stolyarenko has been a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. In 1963-1978 he was a member of the republican board of the Union of Artists. Since 1969 he has been living and working in Yalta. In 1990-1995 he worked in Paris, periodically visited Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Spain, Italy, Holland, Denmark. [2]
In 2010 he was awarded the gold medal "For Contribution to World Culture" by the International Foundation "Cultural Heritage" (Russia).
