About the artist: Born May 24, 1916 at the station. Hailari, Primorsky Territory. Graduated from the Odessa Institute of Civil Engineering Engineers (1941). Teachers by profession - T. Fraerman, M. Zamechek. Member of the Great Patriotic War. He worked in the field of easel painting. Major works: “On the estuary. Odessa "(1950); New Port Builders (1960); Testament "(1961)"; Noon at the Port "(1965)"; VI Lenin "(1969) and others. Participated in exhibitions: republican since 1947, all-Union since 1950, foreign since 1949. Awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor and the Certificate of Honor of the Presidium of the Verkhovna Rada of the Ukrainian SSR and a medal. He died in 1988.
