About the artists: Sukhorukih Anatoly Ivanovich (b. 1935) - Ukrainian painter. Born in Novocherkassk, Russia. Graduated from the Crimean Art College (1960) and the Kharkov State Art Institute (1966). Teachers by specialty - A. Khmelnitsky, A. Konstantinopolsky. Member of the National Union of Artists (1973). Honored Artist of Ukraine (1998). Member of the management of the Crimean organization of the National Agricultural Union. Participant of numerous republican, all-Union and international exhibitions. People's Artist of Ukraine (since 2009). Awarded the gold medal of the Presidium of the Academy of Arts of Ukraine (2006). Lives and works in Sevastopol, where he is called the “father of plein air”.
