About the artist: Was born on September 16, 1922 in the city of Baku. Graduated from the Kiev Art Institute (1954). Painter, graphic artist. Master of genre painting, landscape and still life. Member of the Great Patriotic War. Received military awards. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1970). He worked as an artist of the Azerbaijan branch of the Art Fund (Baku, 1948-1951). He worked at the Kiev Painting and Sculpture Plant (1954-1970). Participated in city and republican art exhibitions (1953). Major works: "Portrait of a Girl" (1965), "Old" (1966), "On the outskirts of Kiev" (1968), "Lenin Among Children" (1968), "Summer Day" (1968), "Noon" (1969) , "Silence" (1970), "A village under the mountain" (1970), "Sailors in battle" (1971), "Sunflowers and mountain ash" (1971), "Blooming Ukraine" (1973), "Third Ukrainian Front" (1975 ), "Golden Autumn" (1980), "Rowan" (1981), "Herd at a Watering Hole" (1988). Lived and worked in the city of Kiev, died on December 31, 1998. He died in 1998.
