About the artists: Maltsev Nikolai Alexandrovich (1924-2010) – painter. Born in Irkutsk, Russia. Graduated from the Kharkov Art School (1955). Specialty teachers: P. Shigimaga, M. Slipchenko, A. Konstantinopolsky. Member of the Zhytomyr Society of Artists (since 1955). Participant of many republican and all-Union exhibitions (since 1967). Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1983). The artist’s works have been repeatedly purchased by the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine and are in state cultural institutions, as well as private collections in Ukraine, Russia, France, England, and Japan.
