A Ukrainian painter. He was born in Mogilev-Podolsky, Vinnitsa region. He graduated from Kyiv Institute of Art in 1939 (studied under the guidance of O. Shovkunenko). He lived and worked in Kyiv. He painted mostly landscapes.
