About the artist: Born on October 15, 1948, in the village of Uch-Tereks, the city of Jalal-Abad, Osh region. (Kyrgyzstan). Graduated from the Luhansk Art School (1969). Teachers in the specialty: T. Kapkanets. Painter. Author of thematic canvases, still lifes. A deep penetration into the image, a subtle sense of color is inherent in the artist's work. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1980). Honored Artist of Ukraine (2009). Participated in exhibitions: republican, all-union, international (since 1974). Personal exhibitions - in Jerusalem (1992), Donetsk (1993-1994, 1996-1998, 2001-2002, 2006), Odessa (2003), Kiev (2008). Major works: "Red Saturday" (1980), "Still Life of September" (1986). "Jerusalem Studies" (1991-1992), "Old Cedar" (1992), "Flowers of July" (1997), "Sunflowers" (1998); cycles - "Flowers" (1986-2003), "Konstantinovo - Yesenin's Homeland" (1989), "Carpathians" (1990s), "Svyatogorye" (1990-2007), "Jerusalem Etudes" (1991-1995), "Native Land" (1997-2008). The works are kept in art museums in Ukraine, art museums in Russia, art museums in Austria, art museums in Belgium, art museums in Great Britain, art museums in Germany, art museums in Poland, art museums in France, art museums in Israel, art museums in the USA, art museums in Canada. Lived and worked in the city of Donetsk.
