About the artist: Born in Moscow in 1885. Graduated from: "Moscow Art School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture" 1904-12. Painter, theater artist, graphic artist. Participated in exhibitions since 1906. Member of the Leonardo da Vinci Society since 1906; "Moscow Salon" since 1910; "Heat Color" since 1923 (co-founder). Lived and worked in Moscow. He died in Pushkino, Moscow region, 1957.
