Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1967). Member of the CPSU. Member of the Second World War, in which he lost his right arm. He was awarded the Order of Glory of the 3rd degree, the Red Banner of Labor and medals. He worked as a teacher of special disciplines at the Dnepropetrovsk Art School (1955-96). He used the painting traditions of the Itinerants, in particular, in his diploma painting “V. Korolenko in prison "(1955). Author of landscapes, graphic and monumental works. His works are devoted to military, industrial and household topics. Participated in exhibitions: republican (1961), all-Union (1955); personal - in Dnepropetrovsk (1986). Major works: “V. G.
