About the artists: Viktor Mikhailichenko was born on June 20, 1949 in the city of Chirchik, Tashkent region (Uzbekistan). He graduated from the painting department of the Tashkent Republican Art School named after P.P. Benkov in 1974 and the Tashkent Theater and Art Institute named after P.P. A.N. Ostrovsky, theatrical painting department, specialty - theater artist. Laureate of the State Prize of Uzbekistan named after I. Hamza. Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR since 1980.
